The Matrix

In my opinion, some of the best movies ever. Ok, the second and third ones were a little (read very) weak, but you gotta admire the determination of the Watchowski bros.

My brother also agrees with me on this subject, but that is not a good sign. Any movie that he likes is invariably one of the worst you will ever have seen.

He is in love with this piece of crap called naruto that he says is the most watched tv show in america. I say this is BS, because it is in Japanese, and no self-respecting american would watch something that they had to read at the same time.
But I digress.

I mostly watch things that would make it into any film festival, and the only reason I watch anything juvenile like spongebob or dora would be because my brother wanted to watch it.

That seem like a pretty lame excuse, but it is true.

To reiterate my earlier statement, the Matrices (Matrixes? Matri? who knows.) are really good movies. Watch them if you have'nt.

Thanksgiving

The Wizard is back after a breif stint without the 'net through the kindness of my aunt and her wifi router. I was contemplating a thanksgiving without my tech, but I am connected once more, thank the gods of tech.

Ate so much turkey, I had to sit and vegetate with a smithsonian magazine to digest all my food.
feeling better now, though.

Signing off very relived,
The Wizard.

Got a Tablet!

The Wizard has a new toy! The Wacom Bamboo CTH-460 Pen Tablet
Pen Tablet
It is a wonderful art tool that I really like, and plan to use for many things, especially for taking notes on math.

And it's really cool.

You might as well know by now.

To paraphraise the title, you might as well know by now that I am a trekkie. When I make an obscure reference, it is probably from Star trek.

If you are not a trekkie already, and see no appeal in being one, I strongly suggest you check out one of my favorite sites.
Lcarscom.net
(you might want to check it out anyway, it's really cool)
If you are a trekkie, you obviously get better computer systems than other scifi fans and everybody else
(no offense if you like your computers, but these are really cool)

Cheese.

The principles of comedy are somewhat like quantum mechanics.
Lots of dead cats and cheese.

Did I mention that cheese is my favorite thing to mention?
I knew I mentioned it somewhere.
Somewhere, anywhere, who is there,  got some hair, down the stair, unaware, yogi bear, do you care, and cheese.
(see, I told you so)
You must realize the comic value of a random factor. Here is one, for your clicking pleasure.

Random Factor

When you do realize it's value ($14.95 plus shipping and handling) you can really use it to it's fullest extent. For example:
Thanks for watching. Find out on Tuesday!

Life inclusive of shoes.

I have always held to the opinion that you can tell what kind of person someone is by what kind of shoes they wear.
Some people might call this prejudice and labling, I say it is'nt. I have several freinds who are shoes, and I like them quite a lot.

Anyone who wears shoes like mine, is probably like me.

I also have predicted the day of my death. It will come on the last day of my life.
